To get a really good moody edit manually, you have to adjust highlights, contrast, tone curves, saturation, luminance, and color mixing - all in a particular order and in precise amounts. You can achieve a moody look through manual adjustments in Lightroom, but it’s not the best way to do things. The emotional effect of dark, moody editing will be different in each of these scenarios, but in every case, the image becomes a timeless and unforgettable one even an amateur photoshoot can deliver professional-looking photos with the right editing.
